permits, visitor visas (temporary resident visa), and travel documents
for permanent residents.
VACs DO NOT accept
applications for Immigration, Express Entry, Authorization to Return to
Canada, Temporary Resident Permits, Rehabilitation and Voluntary
Renunciation of Permanent Resident Status.
Applications from GHANA, LIBERIA, SENEGAL and CHAD are accepted.
Note that as you are required to submit passports and original personal documentation, you are required to go to the Application Centre personally for submission.
